लेखक परिचय –
महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षण पूर्ण केल्यानंतर काही वर्ष अभाविप या विद्यार्थी संघटनेत पूर्णवेळ काम केले. विद्यार्थी चळवळीत काम करत असताना आसपास घडणाऱ्या छोट्या मोठ्या घटनांकडे पाहण्याचा दृष्टीकोन अधिकाधिक सजग होत गेला. त्यातून मनात उमटणारे तरंग शब्दबद्ध करून कागदावर उतरविण्याचा छंद जडला. आतापर्यंत त्यांची चार पुस्तके प्रकाशित झाली आहेत.

त्यांच्या ‘वैदेही’ कादंबरीत, उत्तर रामायणात; पुन्हा एकदा वनवास स्वीकारावा लागलेली सीता तत्कालीन समाजाच्या चालीरीतींकडे कशी पाहते ? त्यावेळी सीतेच्या मनात उमटणाऱ्या भाव भावना कशा असतील ? याचे शब्दचित्र रेखाटतांना एका अतिशय वेगळ्या पैलूंचे दर्शन घडते.
‘पत्थर पायातील’; या लेख संग्रहात त्यांना भेटलेल्या विविध लोकांच्या वक्ती विशेषत्वाचे सुंदर चित्रण केले आहे. तिसरे पुस्तक ‘शोधू चिंतनाचे रंगी’, हे त्यांच्या आसापास घडणाऱ्या घटनांचा त्यांनी मांडलेला साक्षेपी लेखाजोखा आहे. त्याला पुरस्कार मिळाला असून चौथे पुस्तक ‘बदलांचे पायरव’ हे एका ध्येयाने अंतरबाह्य प्रेरित झालेल्या चमूचे सांगोपांग वर्णन आहे. दोन गावात फक्त वैद्यकीय सेवा देत असताना येणाऱ्या रुग्णांनी न सांगितलेल्या पण त्या पलीकडे जाणवलेल्या समस्या सोडवणारी एक संस्था आज महाराष्ट्रभर आपल्या निर्व्याज, निर्लेप कार्याचा कसा ठसा उमटवते याचे सुंदर वर्णन वाचायला मिळते.

लेखकाचा हा बालकथा संग्रह म्हणजे बालसाहित्यातील पहिले पाऊल आहे. आजीने सांगितलेल्या आणि तत्कालीन कौटुंबिक संस्कार प्रयोगशाळेतील यशस्वी ठरलेल्या कथांचा हा संग्रह आहे. कथा छोट्या छोट्या पण बालमनावर मूल्याधिष्ठित संस्कार करणाऱ्या आहेत. त्यांच्या चारही पुस्तकांचे वाचकांनी भरभरून स्वागत केले आहे. लेखकाची लेखनशैली पाहता या पुस्तकाला सुद्धा वाचकांचा भरघोस प्रतिसाद मिळेल अशी खात्री आहे.
पल्लवी लघाटे का जन्म ग्वालियर (मध्य प्रदेश) में हुआ तथा वर्तमान में वे कल्याण (महाराष्ट्र) में निवासरत हैं। उन्होंने भूगोल विषय में एम.ए. एवं एम. फिल. की उपाधि प्राप्त की है। वर्तमान में वे एक कंटेंट राइटर के रूप में कार्यरत हैं।
शिक्षा एवं लेखन के क्षेत्र से उनका जुड़ाव लंबे समय से रहा है। उन्होंने उत्तर प्रदेश के बबीना स्थित सेंट्रल स्कूल में पी. जी. शिक्षक के रूप में कार्य किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त कल्याण (महाराष्ट्र) के गुरुकुल विद्यालय में शिक्षिका के रूप में तथा एक कोचिंग संस्थान के एडमिन विभाग में भी कार्य किया है। वर्तमान में वे लेखन एवं कंटेंट निर्माण के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय हैं तथा kuchnaya.com के फेसबुक पेज के लिए ब्लॉग लेखन का कार्य भी कर चुकी हैं।
लेखन के प्रति उनका रुझान बचपन से ही रहा है। मन की संवेदनाओं, जीवन के अनुभवों, रिश्तों की गहराईयों तथा समाज और प्रकृति से जुड़े विविध पहलुओं को वे अपनी रचनाओं में सहजता और भावपूर्ण ढंग से अभिव्यक्त करती हैं। उनकी लेखनी में संवेदनशीलता, आत्मचिंतन और जीवन-दर्शन का सुंदर समन्वय दिखाई देता है।
साहित्य के साथ-साथ संगीत में भी उनकी विशेष रुचि है। वे सुगम संगीत में विशारद की शिक्षा पूर्णता की ओर अग्रसर हैं तथा गायन परीक्षाओं में विशेष योग्यता प्राप्त कर चुकी हैं।
उनकी रचनाएँ विभिन्न साहित्यिक मंचों पर सराही गई हैं। उनकी कविताएँ ‘बालमन की उड़ान’ काव्य-संग्रह तथा मराठी पुस्तक ‘फुलोरा’ में प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न ऑनलाइन साहित्यिक मंचों पर लेखन हेतु उन्हें अनेक प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त हुए हैं। साहित्यिक योगदान के लिए उन्हें चेतना मंच फेसबुक पेज द्वारा ट्रॉफी से भी सम्मानित किया गया है।
‘मनाक्षर’ उनकी प्रथम स्वतंत्र काव्य-कृति है। इस संग्रह में जीवन, प्रेम, रिश्ते, संघर्ष, आशा, प्रकृति और मानवीय भावनाओं के विविध रंगों को शब्दों के माध्यम से अभिव्यक्त करने का प्रयास किया गया है। उनका विश्वास है कि शब्द केवल अभिव्यक्ति का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि मन से मन तक पहुँचने वाला एक सशक्त सेतु हैं।
