हास्यबोध म्हणजे नागपूरच्या दैनिक देशोन्नती मध्ये विसेक वर्षांपूर्वी रविवार पुरवणीत प्रकाशित झालेल्या याच नावाच्या लेख मालिकेत माझे मित्र प्रा. सुरेश खेडकर यांनी वर्षभर सातत्याने लिहिलेल्या लेखांचा संग्रह. त्यावेळी मी देशोन्नतीचा पुरवणी संपादक होतो. आचार्य प्र. के. अत्रे यांच्या झेंडूची फुले, या विडंबन कवितासंग्रहाची परंपरा सक्षमतेने सांभाळणारा प्रा. सुरेश खेडकर यांचा एप्रिल फुले, हा विडंबन कवितांचा संग्रह १९८३ मध्ये प्रकाशित झाला होता. त्याची प्रस्तावना सुध्दा मीच लिहिली होती.

This book has fulfilled the demand of banks/credit societies as it has draft with the important articles of Banking Regulation Act, giving explanation about all aspects dealing with it for the working of banks and credit-societies, along with its application in different circumstances. First each one is given in summary/abstract and later on in B R act (applied to the co-operative urban banks) in translation in Marathi. By reading the English part, everyone would be benefited.
The related policies and decisions about the personnel (individual) from his/her appointment, to retirement are discussed in this book viz personnel setup, the responsibilty and accountability of the employee at each level, recrutment methods, promotion system, transfer rules of casual and other leaves, disciplinary laws, secret reporting, financial benifits, laws to be followed, workers organizaiton, contribution of the employees in management etc., are discussed in detail.
