This book has fulfilled the demand of banks/credit societies as it has draft with the important articles of Banking Regulation Act, giving explanation about all aspects dealing with it for the working of banks and credit-societies, along with its application in different circumstances. First each one is given in summary/abstract and later on in B R act (applied to the co-operative urban banks) in translation in Marathi. By reading the English part, everyone would be benefited.
Almost all urban banks and credit societies are registering themselves under multistate co-operative law which was in English only. Now we are publishing it in Marathi, so as to become useful to all.
Due to amendments made in constitutional many changes in the rules of election in co-operative institutions and their references get changed. These change rules in Marathi and the original English rules both can be made known through this book. The book is useful to all co-operative institutions.
The selected cases relating to banks is made available to bank related people and eg. Societies, Banks, Auditors, C.A. Pleader etc., in Marathi and to laymen/common people in this book people can get aware and enlightened through related work accordingly in them and can perform their banking and other financial, commercial field carefully and cautionary.
